In the early 20th Century, two preaching brothers worked together in a church in the swamps of Alligator, North Carolina. One was traditional, the other was charismatic. Though both had a passion for Jesus, the two didn't see eye to eye. One day, the charismatic brother went to the church and found himself locked out, so he walked down the street to the schoolhouse and lead the biggest revival in the area. That man was my great-great grandfather Attmore Liverman. This building is at least 100 years old. This is my history. #church #heritage #history #blackhistory #teamjesus #northcarolina by whoisjmercer
