Heritage Photos: We have been lucky enough to get into the BDAV Awards this year! And fortunate enough to have been entered 3 times! This development was 1 of the 3 designs that was entered into the competition - the 'Union of Old and New'. The client originally wanted to build a 5-storey apartment building for mixed use on this corner site which had a heritage overlay. We could immediately realise that this wasn't a realistic idea, therefore 3 townhouses were achieved. Each had a terrace at both ends adjacent to open living/kitchen on the 1st floor, while the middle townhouse had a rooftop terrace on the 3rd floor. by archsignptyltd
